3. Service Agreements

All service engagements are subject to written agreements specifying:

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements and may include:

Deposit requirements for project commencement
Progress payments based on project milestones

Important: All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation prepared by Rapas Engineering remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive usage rights for their specific project requirements.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, trade secrets, and sensitive project data shared during the course of service delivery.

7. Health, Safety & Environment

Rapas Engineering is committed to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental protection. All work is conducted in compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the contract value of services provided. We shall not be liable for consequential losses, indirect damages, or loss of profit unless specifically agreed in writing.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or regulatory restrictions.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes shall be subject to Singapore law and the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients and become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
